October 2026

CrawlChat updates published this month.

Source page URL tracking

October 13, 2026

See which page a visitor was on when they asked a question in your embedded chat. Source page links now appear alongside questions in the dashboard, giving your team more context when reviewing conversations.

Query parameters and URL fragments are removed before saving. The URL is used for attribution and is not included in the AI's context or public shared conversations.

Introducing CrawlChat Agent

October 9, 2026

Meet CrawlChat Agent, your assistant for setting up and managing your workspace through conversation.

Ask it to create an agent, add website knowledge, check source imports, or update agent settings and widget branding. It can also guide you through integration setup and answer questions about your agents' usage and performance.

Describe what you want to do, and CrawlChat Agent works with your workspace's existing agents, permissions, and plan limits. Actions and results appear as it works, with links to open your agents and try them out.

October AI model refresh

October 9, 2026

The model picker now includes:

  • Anthropic Sonnet 5.5 and Haiku 5.5
  • OpenAI GPT 6.1 Sol and Sol Pro
  • Mistral Large 4
  • Cohere Command A+
  • Fireworks Ember-1
  • Qwen 3.8 Max Prime
  • Upstage Solar Mini 4

We've also updated per-message credit costs across the catalog. Review the available models and their credits in Settings → AI models.

Claims extraction

October 2, 2026

CrawlChat now extracts key factual claims from your knowledge sources, including policies, requirements, pricing, and limits.

Open a page in Knowledge to review its Claims, with supporting source excerpts for each statement. Claims refresh when source content changes, and failed extractions can be retried from the page.
